At the end of each country, we are having the kids compile their notes and create a short list of things they have learned. Since we are in New Zealand so long we have divided this into a South Island Report and a North Island Report.
This is their South Island Report.
The video is ten minutes long and features each of the kids talking about what they have learned. It's overlayed with AI generated graphics, some of which are weird or incorrectly spelled.
The North Island Report is more focused.
If you watch the video please leave a comment either in the comment section or on facebook. The kids will be greatly encouraged to hear your thoughts on their "report."

I've only been outside the US to Guatemala and that was for a mission trip. I'm playing some catch-up on the blog and I didn't know that there was so much to see out there!
I just listened to your oral reports from the South Island- I'm sorry I guess my reply did not go through the first time, but I'll have to say I was so impressed with your reports (and I learned a lot) You guys are experiencing so much and I am so glad that you are having a great time doing it! I would have loved to see the penguins and the millions of waterfalls and the site of the filming of Lord of the Rings-Thanks for sharing!!
Hi Jimmy, Sammy and Lucy. This is Grandad and I just
Read and watched your reports on kiwi birds and glow worms
In new zealand. I am so impressed with your knowledge
And reporting skills. We must have the most intelligent and
Resourceful grandchildren in the world. We are so proud k
Of you and look forward to more reports of the countries
you visit. Granddad and Grandma
Great job on the country reports kids!!! Were they illustrated too? I would like to see the drawings if they are!
Loved the reports, great job kids! I would like to hear more Jimmy smack talk about Sammy, and also loved the theme song. Could we have an extended version?
